The Legal Action Center (LAC) has just revised its popular Model HIV Confidentiality Policies & Procedures for HIV/AIDS Services Providers in New York State. 

• Check out the new section about protecting confidentiality when staff work offsite with mobile devices and other forms of remote access.
• The new version also incorporates the April 2014 changes to Article 27-F.
