Impact Report 2025, CHLP
CHLP's Impact Report for 2024-2025 recounts how we build the infrastructure for liberation. It's how we create the relationships, leadership, legal strategies, movement infrastructure, and collective power that make positive justice possible.
Over the last two years, CHLP has invested in that infrastructure across the country. We helped stop
harmful legislation, supported successful reform efforts, trained advocates and attorneys, launched new movement resources, strengthened state coalitions, expanded strategic partnerships, and cultivated new leaders. This report illustrates what it means to build a movement capable of advancing justice even in increasingly hostile political environments.
