Comments to American Law Institute on Model Penal Code: Sexual Assault and Related Offenses, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (2021)
The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) submitted comments to the American Law Institute (ALI) in Janaury 2021. The letter states NACDL's opposition to the implementation of sex offender registration schemes and urges ALI to abolish all types of sex offender registries as part of efforts to reform the Model Penal Code's treatment of sexual offenses.
