ADA Title II Regulations
Part 35 of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations was revised by the Department of Justice in a final rule published September 15, 2010. The final rule, which began to be used March 15, 2011, revised the regulation that implements the requirements within Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) that apply to state and local governments.
