HIV Status, Sexual Orientation, and Gender Identity in Immigration Proceedings

The Hispanic AIDS Forum hosted an immigration workshop featuring CHLP Legal Director, Ivan Espinoza-Madrigal.  The workshop, conducted in Spanish, addressed the role of HIV status, HIV criminalization, sexual orientation, and gender identity in immigration proceedings. This event was held in The Bronx, NY on Thursday, September 26, 2013, at 6 PM.
