CHLP Re-Launches Its Free, Online Resource Bank

The Center for HIV Law & Policy is thrilled to announce the re-launch of its free, online Resource Bank—a comprehensive database of quality memoranda, research, reports, legal guides, court and agency decisions, pleadings and briefs, policy analyses and recommendations, and other materials on topics of importance to people living with HIV and their advocates.

CHLP's redesigned website now offers sophisticated search and sort features that make it easier than ever to find the types of resources you need. You now can quickly and more easily locate materials by subject area (e.g., employment, family, criminal) as well as by resource type (e.g., court decisions, pleadings, agency guidelines). In addition, each of the nearly three dozen issue areas now has a separate landing page with highlighted resources and links to other sources of information on that issue topic.

CHLP's Resource Bank provides access to this unique collection HIV legal and policy resources to support and scale up the advocacy power of HIV advocates across the country, from lawyers to community activists. Please make use of it and let us know if you have resources you'd like to share or see included there.
