CHLP to Present on New York HIV Testing and Confidentiality at BronxWorks 2014 HIV Conference

The Center for HIV Law and Policy (CHLP) will hold two sessions on New York State’s Article 27-F, also known as the HIV Testing and Confidentiality Law, at BronxWorks’s 2014 HIV Conference this afternoon. The sessions will include information on HIV testing, confidentiality and disclosure of HIV-related information, recordkeeping, violations of the law, and helpful resources from the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute, Legal Action Center, and CHLP.
