The EmpoweRED Summit brings together providers, policymakers, and the broader community for enlightening discussions on modernizing HIV awareness, Arkansas-specific HIV decriminalization, and LGBTQ+ specific healthcare disparities. Red Dress Fest commemorates World AIDS Day with a mission to end HIV in Arkansas and ensure that everyone living with HIV is treated with the dignity and respect they rightfully deserve.
